I represent the interests of corporate users who are trying to lease space or purchase property. My clients typically use office, warehouse and medical buildings.
I formed my company in 2002 after working on behalf of Landlords in the positions of property manager and leasing agent. There are very few people in commercial real estate that have over 20 years experience working on both the tenant and landlord sides of the table.
My experience includes commercial real estate brokerage representing corporations in the acquisition of commercial real estate via leasing and management, negotiating all aspects of aquisitions, expansions, renewals, reloactions, terminations, subleases and restructures.
